Postpartum Mental Health
The months after having a baby can bring feelings no one warned you about. Maybe it's worry that won't let up, a heaviness you can't shake, thoughts that frighten you, or memories of a birth that didn't go the way you hoped. However it shows up, you're not alone, and it's not a sign that you're doing anything wrong.
Postpartum struggles are common, treatable, and nothing to be ashamed of. We support moms through all of it, by telehealth anywhere in Colorado.
