How we can help

There is room here for the parts of motherhood no one prepares you for.

Meet Meghan

I'm a perinatal therapist and a mom of three daughters. I know firsthand how much becoming a mother can change you, and how often those changes go unspoken. My work is about creating a space where moms and families can talk honestly about what's hard, feel less alone, and find their way back to themselves.

More about Meghan

Getting started is simple

  1. Book a free 15-minute consultation. A short, no-pressure call to talk about what's going on and see if we're a good fit.
  2. Schedule your first session. We'll find a time that works, Tuesday through Thursday.
  3. Move forward at your own pace. Therapy shaped around your strengths and goals, one session at a time.

Questions you might have

Who do you work with?

We support women and families through fertility struggles, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and parenthood, including couples navigating those changes together and military families balancing parenthood with service.

What is your approach?

Our approach is integrative and strengths-based, which means therapy is tailored to you rather than built around a single method. We begin with your experiences, your strengths, what is already working, and what you hope to change, then draw from evidence-based approaches that best support your needs.

Our work is often informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach that helps you understand the different parts of yourself with greater curiosity, compassion, and less self-criticism. When appropriate, we also incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to support clients experiencing intrusive thoughts and postpartum OCD, and the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen communication, connection, and their relationship through the transitions of parenthood.

Where do you see clients?

All sessions are by secure telehealth anywhere in Colorado, from Denver and the surrounding metro to the mountains. No car seat, no commute.

What does therapy cost?

Individual sessions are $150 and couples sessions are $170, each 50 minutes. Your consultation is free, and we offer a limited number of reduced-rate spots.

Do you take insurance?

We're a private-pay practice and don't bill insurance at this time. You may be able to use HSA or FSA funds.

When are sessions available?

Tuesday through Thursday, 7 am to 2 pm.

We're not a crisis service. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, call the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline at 1-833-943-5746 (24/7), or call 911.
